"I enjoyed the staff and they were friendly and helpful. My first night was awesome. My second night there were rude people outside making noise had to call the desk to have them take care of it which is no bad reflection of your hotel there are just some people who shouldn’t be allowed out in public. My only complaint was your pool area really needs works the hand rail by the steps isn’t even safe it pulls right out of the cement. As for around the area trash needed to be done more often and...

"It’s a beautiful hotel that’s been refurbished to resemble the 1890’s era. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant and bar were great fantastic. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor space on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Great views of the downtown area. "

"I'm not sure one of the questions would have to do with eco.Friendliness, what is that anyway. Nobody really knows what that means, because it's a made up concept. You should not even be asking the question. It's stupid."
