"The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be the pool/bar/arcade hours, they close at 10pm even on the weekend. Little kids were loudly running up and down the halls and banging on doors bright and early at 7am every day we were there, also kids everywhere took over the "adult" hot tub area. The room was clean and simple, and we liked the amenities offered. "

"The overall stay was excellent. The room was very clean, but the bathroom was very small and difficult to maneuver. There was some confusion on whether or not housekeeping came in daily, but they did come in after we requested it."

"Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it."
