I did not check in. They refused to agree to a refund when Expedia app jumped during my reservation pushing the needed hotel night stay out by over a week. I was moving driving across the country and needed a room that night. I ended up being forced to pay for two reservations even though I tried to get it fixed with one minute of the booking. Evidently someone at the hotel is using the room I paid for now because I'm getting how was your check in emails. Great. Let's hope this business doesn't hurt me out of more money when I'm a thousand miles away from the hotel.
