"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. We had 4 towels that needed hooks.The sofa sleeper is incredibly squeaky and loud. My son couldn’t move without it waking us. The communication with staff was...

"This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!"
