"The hotel is in a perfect location. We were charged for parking, $16.00 per night, in the hotel lot which I felt was ridiculous. The room was nice, only downfall was the ceiling paint in the shower was chipping. Room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I love how they have a free trolly to take you DT. Parking lot was huge for cars. Plenty of food options. Restaurant, bar, breakfast cafe, food shop at the pool. They even have a dog area for your pets. Staff was friendly and overall no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!! "
"Our stay was a wonderful one and we will definitely be back. Access to downtown was great, you just take the road by Ober Gatlinburg and it is the next block down. The creek behind was beautiful, and if you are in the pool, you have a beautiful view as well! The motel is not new and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars, as I would not want someone to expect a 5 star stay. My only complaint would be no counter space in the bathroom, but that’s just my personal preference. The staff was...
