"My family and I enjoyed this location and the whole set up of the house very roomy and spacious. We did find some socks and a few things under the bed in one room and some laundry still in the dryer.But overall our stay was very Wonderful and will try to rent again.! "House was new and overall a good choice. Decor was a mixed bag. Felt like it could have been cleaner, linens seemed old, no hand soap at any sink (although we did find dish soap in the downstairs shower). We did buy some hand soap that we left there. There’s an old motorhome in the backyard, when we realized no one was in it, we felt better. The hot springs tub was out of order which was disappointing. The driveway was gravel/rocks that our rental car struggled to back down with the slope, until...

"Michele's place has a lot of character and is very cozy. This was our first time visiting Elephant Butte Lake. We were surprised with how quiet it is there. Our 3 year old had a blast collecting rocks & shells by the lake. Michele was a great host. She was very kind, and promptly answered all of our questions."

"We had a wonderful time while staying at Lydia’s family home. She was so helpful and a gracious host, she had everything we needed at the house and much more!
