"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...

"Excelente localização. Praia acessível e beach service perfeitos. Um local para quem quer relaxar e se sentir em casa. Próximo ao aeroporto de Lihue e de fácil acesso a outros locais da ilha. Não oferece refeições, mas há locais muito próximos em que se pode almoçar e jantar, ou você pode preparar sua refeição no apartamento, já que o mesmo possui cozinha completa. "We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again."

"The wonderful ocean view greet us as we opened the door. There is a lovely landscaped pool just steps away. Just a short walk gets you down to the beach . The sound of the waves was so relaxing. We did have some trouble with the wifi and Luke responded right away, but it took some time. Location was great. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This is a lovely condo in an excellent location - close to everything you might want to do on the island. The unit was very clean, safe, and as advertised in every way. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of counter space. I didn't use the small pool or BBQ, but they looked great. Only FYI is that Wailua beach (visible from the lanai) is more of a surfer beach than a swimming beach. "

None of the furniture matched the photos and several items listed didn't match what was listed on the VRBO website.
