"We enjoyed a much needed relaxing weekend in a clean, comfortable cabin with all the essentials overlooking a picturesque lake. My only regret was not arriving earlier. Highly recommend! "

"Stayed with my wife, our two sons and dog.The house is well-appointed and considerably larger than it appears from the front. The street and private drive were plowed despite daily snowfall. Would stay again if we come for another ski trip."

"We were thrilled to stay in a lovely, elegant, comfortable mansion while we visited nearby Little Valley for the Village of Knives event. The house was a delight - from its spacious rooms, to the comfy period-style furniture, to all the conveniences we might have wished. We were in and out with no trouble, and were especially delighted with the very comfortable beds!"

"My family really enjoys places like this: rustic and well-appointed without being over the top. Interior is cozy and relaxing, has all the things you’d expect to make a few nights away restful, and the centerpiece is the stone fireplace - of which we made ample use.Cabin is about 10 minutes south of Ellicottville, so easy drive to the slopes. When you’re done, you feel like you’re away from it all. We’d rent it again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a family trip to ski, see Niagara Falls, tubing and hit some Vegan restaurants. The cottage was exactly like it showed online. We got around 4 inches of snow everyday we were there. Definitely had the cozy vib. "

"Loved the property and area. Lots deer in yard every day. Kitchen could be better stocked fir lager groups and cooking. DWe had great time and would stay again. "

"What a gem! The house is extremely well kept, clean, and full of activities. There's board games, books, and a whole astronomy section, including binoculars!We were here for a quick getaway, with hopes of seeing the planetary parade from the stargazing field. We got lucky, and Mother Nature cleared the skies for a few hours. Absolutely amazing!The host, Chris, was friendly and full of great advice. This was our first VRBO experience: it won't be our last. Thanks so much!"

"The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property."

"We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much! We arrived in groups of two over the course of 6 hours driving in from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and flying in from Oklahoma. The quaint house was the perfect fit for my crazy family. It made use of every nook and cranny for beds and bathrooms. Because we were having Thanksgiving there we were very grateful to have two refrigerators to store the huge amounts of food that we brought. Luckily because everything was pre-cooked we only needed the one oven...

"We stay here every time we come to the area. The owner is always accommodating for our late check ins and friendly. The rooms are recently updated and clean. The other staff is very friendly as well. "
