"Nice spacious apartment. All the stuff you need is there, apart from hand soap. Also the balcony area wasn't clean and so didn't make use of it. Close to marina if you're doing tours too. "

Check in instructions were clear and communication with the owner/manager throughout our stay was easy and they were always quick to respond. The unit is very spacious and the pool was nice to have on the hot afternoons. One thing I will mention is the noise from the neighbouring dogs. "This house suited our family of 4 perfectly. Our adult daughters shared the master bedroom, using both the big and twin beds. Worked out great. Everything functioned as it should (i.e., bathrooms, air conditioners, etc.). Convenient location for walking to shops, museum, the Malecon, but quiet and residential block. "Prior to our arrival I was in communication with the property manager. He was aware of the time our arrival. Once we arrived we noticed the property was filthy , it was uninhabitable. The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped. The laundry room was in chaos with piles of dirty towels & blankets. It was uninhabitable. Do not book with them as they will ruin your stay and it...

"The hotel itself is unique, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and issue free. The area around the hotel is like La Paz kept clean and tidy. Like other areas in Mexico it can be noisy not so much the traffic, but dogs constantly barking, when one starts the rest join in and it's usually late at night/early morning. Otherwise all good for a short stay near the Malecon, shopping and some very good resturants. "
