"The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property. "Very secluded and spacious home. Our check in was smooth with Isabel. She showed me the house and very informative. The house is towards the end of the road and no visible signs from the road but neighbors are friendly and guided me to the exact location. My family and I were satisfied with the country style home. I would suggest more signs on the road with name casa Piancito just like the other homes on the road. It would also be helpful to have some lightning surrounding the property. Overall...

"One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed and the perfect setting for our group. Manuel and his family were super helpful whenever we needed Theo assistance on the property. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The roads to get there were a bit tricky, so make sure you have clear directions, especially if you’re arriving at night. For us, this was all just part of an epic adventure! Only good things to say about this place."

"We absolutely loved our time at the Villa, it is the perfect location for a group and allows for lots of space for all. The pool was enjoyed by everyone, the night sky is spectacular and Joel and his family made it feel like home. We had a vehicle, so the 15 minute drive to and from SJDS was not a problem for us and we were closer to three incredible beaches from the villa than if we were in town."

"Beautiful property. The scenery was beautiful the staff was friendly. I enjoyed everything about it. Wish I could have stayed longer. Do remember it is surrounded by trees so expect a critter here and there . My lucky guest was a spider. Drinks could be a little stronger but you can always buy yourself a bottle before exiting the airport. "

"Beautiful old building overlooking the ocean. The staff was great. They were extremely polite and helpful. The only issue for us was the noise during the night. There were some loud guests in the hallway and It sounded like someone was drilling above us until midnight. We had to get up at 5 so it ended up being a short night of sleep. "
