"This is my second time staying at this beautiful home in San Juan del Sur. My family and I had a great time during our way too short 3 night stay. The overall complex (formerly called Pelican Eyes) has suffered over the years, but rumor is it is soon to be reinvigorated with new ownership. "Very interesting house! Really cool design, spacious, great location. We had to wait a hour extra to check in because of a communication issue between owner and house management. But it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it doesn’t happen often. Don’t hesitate to get this place! You won’t be disappointed "

"The accommodations were beautiful, the layout was so great , we were 9 adults , the place was huge , everyone had there own bed. The sunsets were amazing incredible, even better than the pictures. And Claudia and Elsi were very accommodating, and so so helpful. Hope to be back someday !"

"The property was close to beach and walkable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was an option which we had a few times. Staff was very helpful arranging taxi and sharing walks and things to explore. "We were never given information about property(beach area). Their day pass customers took over the entire pool area and we couldn’t find a chair to enjoy the main reason we booked the property. Wanted a relaxing environment shown on the pictures. We would never go back on a weekend. Felt overcharged for what was available. Food was great in restaurant though."
