This villa can welcome up to six people, who will share the three bedrooms provided: two of them are equipped with a double bed, whereas the third one features two twin beds. There’s one bathroom with shower at the guests’ disposal. The common areas, where you will gather with your beloved ones, are divided into a dining-living room and an independent kitchen. In the living room, you will find two comfortable sofas facing a fireplace, and a dining table. The house is heated via electric radiators.
Once you have enjoyed the comforts of the interior, move outside, because it’s here where you will spend most of your free time. First, you will find a gorgeous porch with an area for “al fresco” dining, immersed in a relaxing atmosphere provided by the colourful flowers and lush vegetation of the garden. This will allow you to enjoy your meals accompanied by a delicate scent you won’t easily forget. Right next to the porch, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, the real gem of the house: in addition to welcoming a coquettish sitting area, the terrace provides impressive views of the villa’s surrounding landscape, from the closest hills and olive yards to the Lake Zahara. The villa’s backyard features the pool area, surrounded by the same lush vegetation that characterises the rest of the property, thus including vivid-colour flowers and Mediterranean plants. There are poolside sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sunlight, and even a coquettish sitting area in the middle of the perfectly-landscaped garden. A brick BBQ and a 2-place private parking lot complete the facilities of the accommodation.
