I did not like the apartment advised that I would be able to see the downtown area. The only windows in the room looked out to a closed in courtyard. The room had only one towel, only one dish towel. The instructions about use of the TV have nothing to do with the remote controls provided. We were a party of 5, but the property sleeps 12. Oddly, there were only 2 plates and 2 forks in the house. "Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here for my yearly trip to STL. Owners were very friendly and quick to repsond when contacted. We did not have any issues with this house. Liked that it has 2 BR's that are on opposite ends of the house. House has everything you need for your stay from coffee pods to streaming TV. "

"We had a great 4 night stay at this property. From the time of booking through our stay, Joe was on top of making sure we had what we needed. He answered any questions we had right away and even came by to restock the coffee and get the tv signed back into the many streaming services he provides. "This was a great location for our sightseeing visit. Accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. This is an ideal place for anyone who appreciates the charm of an older home."

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay this past weekend. While the weather kept us from walking around more, the house is in the Hill Neighborhood and conveniently located by Tower Grove Park and Forest Park. There a tons of places to eat, parking is free and right outside the property, and the house is well maintained, clean, and spacious for two. We plan on returning and reserving this same spot! good for a short stay

"I like it and I recommend for a short stay. Pros: large, clean, bedroom, good front desk service, friendly people. Cons: do not have breakfast of bed service; not so good smell on the hall, despite not been allowed smoking; we can listen noises from the neighbor bedroom. "

Great hotel, bad breakfast service

"Great hotel, very nice staff, clean and very good location. The breakfast though has not been good. I am a frequent guest and for about a year now there is no breakfast buffet, only menu orders and it takes an awful long time to get breakfast."
