"We have stayed here several times and enjoy doing so. This time they changed their check in to touchless and sent me an email with the check info, so that was a surprise along with sending the info on the same day as our check in, so we had no idea until we arrived the need to have access to our email to check in. they should do it the day before in my opinion. "You have a sign to encourage us to reuse towels in the bathroom, but there are no hooks or bars to hang anything on. You provided only one dish towel in the kitchen for 4 days. Also needed more hand towels. We needed an ice maker or trays to make ice. We appreciated plenty of paper towels and zip lock bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staying close to our family in two other lofts. "
