"This condo has a lot of potential, but failed to live up to it. A previous review indicated problems, but the owner replied publicly saying the reviewer was lying. Unfortunately we found many of the same problems: dirty bathroom, moldy shower, clogged shower head, no toilet paper on check-in, patio furniture did not match photo, bedroom window wouldn't open with the window crank, missing toilet paper holder, lumpy pillows and comforter, dirty bath mats. "We enjoyed a family getaway in Edmonton to visit our 93 year old grandma. The condo was just minutes away from her care home. The condo enabled us to have family visit which wouldn’t be possible in a hotel. The condo was spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. The check in and out process was very easy."

"We visited our adult children for a week and stayed at this location. We found it to be clean and very functional. Excellent deck to sit on during the warm nights. It is on hill, so be prepared to walk uphill to reach downtown. But overall, very enjoyable"

"This is a clean and fresh condo in an older building. The room has the basics, but not a lot of extras. One set of towels, two pillows for the bed etc. The big plus side is the location as it's within walking distance of some great restaurants, cafes and clubs. We LOVED La Bosco right around the corner every morning. We'd stay again. It gets the job done."
