As you approach the entrance of this oceanfront estate you may either park in front & enter through the elegant front entry staircase or park in the garage & enter the home via the elevator servicing every floor.
GARAGE/BEACH LEVEL
This is how you enter “Sea Life” via the garage door if you choose to park in the garage. This garage has space for two vehicles to be parked out of the weather & an elevator to take you to all floors as well as a luggage cart that will fit into the elevator for ease of unloading into the house. MAIN LEVEL
As you enter the grand 2 story entry foyer of the main level through 10’ mahogany & glass door onto gleaming solid mahogany floors you will see a sweeping mahogany staircase with elegant curves & graceful lines.

At the top of the beautiful wood staircase (or via the elevator) you will first see the 2nd floor ocean front family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean with an attached full bath with tile floors & glassed walk-in tile shower & steam function. This oceanfront family room is cozily furnished & has a large TV. This room does have a queen size pull out bed if you would like to enjoy sleeping in it for the evening however this room is NOT included in our bedroom count. As you cross this room through the double French doors you will step out onto a private balcony & be immediately captivated by the panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean stretching out to the horizon. The high-quality, weather-resistant furnishings invite you to sink in & relax & the plush lounge chairs & a Charleston bed swing provide the perfect spot to curl up with a good book, sip on a refreshing beverage, or simply gaze out at the breathtaking views. The balcony's flooring of Brazilian hardwood elegantly connects the indoor & outdoor living spaces.
OCEANFRONT PRIMARY SUITE FOUR: Turn right at the top of the entry curved stairway to the second floor & you come to Primary Suite Four first, with queen bed & en-suite full bath featuring tile floors & glassed in tile shower.
GUESTROOM THREE: This room features BUILT-in double bunk beds, each with their own reading lights & an ensuite bath with tile floor & combination tub/shower.
PRIMARY SUITE TWO is a mirror image of the Primary Suite on the first floor. With a seating area & gas fireplace, a king bed, a large TV leading to a very large luxurious bath with tile floors, a large walk-in glassed tiled shower, beautiful free standing soaking tub, double vanities & private lavatory.
