"This house was perfect for a long weekend! It was very cozy and had multiple living spaces so if you wanted to find some peace and quiet, it was available. It is very close to Edgewater's town and Annapolis and the surrounding areas. We had no issues with the location or neighborhood. I'm sure in the summer we would have taken a longer drive out but the cold kept us inside. Comfy beds and anything you might need to have a "home away from home" was there. "It was a great stay. I travel for work and have long days so it was almost like coming home each day, even to my dogs! I was so comfortable the whole time. Terry was so friendly and hospitable and even left treats for the dogs. Many places say “dog friendly” but they truly mean it. I didn’t feel the need to worry at all about them while I was out working during the day. He even suggested a pet store and restaurants. I’ve already re-booked for future work trips. "This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"The location couldn't have been more ideal. We were able to walk everywhere...all around town. And there was a beautiful view of the town park and the bay from the house. "I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!"

"Very cool house with great host. Very spacious. Excellent kitchen and very cozy. It would have been helpful to know about the staircases. We had an 8 month pregnant woman and 2 year old that were not able to come but it would have been an issue as getting to the single bed rooms is challenging."
