The Londontowne Community Beach #3 is just a few houses down the street, offering a variety of family-friendly amenities including a dock, grill/picnic areas, a sandy beach, and a playground. The Londontowne Marina and Historic London Town & Gardens are each within a three-mile radius. Annapolis is less than seven miles away.

At home, start your days with coffee on the covered front porch. When you're not at the beach, out on the water, or cruising the coast, kick back in the private backyard with cookouts on the gas grill or s'mores sessions around the firepit.

Inviting nautical decor and original hardwood floors add a warm and welcoming space inside, while updated amenities and appliances come furnished for complete home convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen is more than equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. A plush sectional and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living area. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Front of house facing driveway and back of house for security reasons.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to tie up their boats to the deep water dock, however guests need to bring their own ropes.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
