"I can't say enough nice things about the apartment! Super clean, so many nice touches (an espresso machine and a Keurig, an AWESOME bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, full length mirror in the bedroom, TV on a swivel mount, little bathroom conveniences in case you forgot something!). Plenty of towels and blankets if needed. It was just me, so it was a perfect spot for a weekend. "My Son and I were looking for a place to stay for the Bills home game and this house was perfect for us. Thank you."

"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this "

"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"I was skeptical as it was inexpensive and one of the last available two days before a Bills game. I would absolutely stay here again. It is an older motel but there is great effort to make it lovely. Bar area is lovely. Breakfast is basic but most are anymore. I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. "
