"Location was awesome, we only were there 1 night. Would stay there again, especially if we were there longer. Nice selection of movies. Nice layout. Only negative was, I may not have read description correctly, 2 double beds and one larger. Beds were soft. Ceiling fan was out of balance and was noisy. Heater and fans were supplied. Coffee selection was awesome. "

"We had a marvelous stay in Volcano, the house is spacious and wonderfully decorated. We loved the kitchen and back patio + private jungle backyard. We were disappointed the Jacuzzi was not working during our stay but Mindi made up for that (and few misses by the cleaning staff) with the gift of some amazing live orchids from her farm, that arrived after we got back home! Highly recommended!!"

"I cannot overstate how beautiful this property is. The house is a historical home chock full of nooks and crannies to explore and it is set on the most beautiful piece of land. Sitting in the great room with a cup of coffee looking out into the trees was like a dream. Our host, Charlotte was so kind, easy to communicate with, and very gracious. "It was perfect for our state. Very clean kind of treehouse vibes in the middle of the fern forest the price was extremely reasonable. Location is very secluded in the middle of the forest gravel road going in very dark if you come in late but very safe location we stayed in number five had a perfect shower table microwave small fridge upstairs had a bed and a restroom, I would recommend If you like to save the environment and stay away from lots of touristy types of properties. "This property was perfect!! Close enough to everything while keeping us out of the busy tourist areas. The home was clean and cozy. Howard was away for the holiday. But, left us with contact info and a binder full of his island favorites. We particularly appreciated the instructions left by him that took us to the Puna trail, which led us to a private(ish) beach. There, we got to view the sea turtles soaking up the sun. We loved staying here, and plan on returning again in there future! Mahalo...

Serviço de camareira péssimo, não colocou toalhas de banho por 2x, tendo que reclamar por elas, entrou no quarto e não retirou o lixo, não arrumou as camas alegando que tinha objeto pessoal em cima dela. Cafeteira do quarto quebrada. Uma das recepcionistas excelente, as demais são razoáveis."
