CONVENIENT LOCATION, just over 1 hour from SLC airport. Despite this perch on top of the world, home is easily accessed by car, with detached garage just feet from front door. (County plows roads well every day; however, all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary in winter, as the roads up to Powder Mountain are steep.) Crew clears snow on walkways to front door whenever there is snow.
In Summer, Powder Mountain’s famous BIKING & HIKING TRAILS are literally out the front door. Drive down to Pineview Reservoir for boating and jet skiing. Explore the valley—take in an Ogden Raptors baseball game, golf at Wolf Creek or check out the great small towns nearby.
