"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"This has to be the best place to stay in Cheltenham. It is clean, comfortable, roomy and stunning. It is the little touches that make this accommodation stand out over all the other places I have stayed. "

"We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. The house itself has loads of fun activities and the location is amazing. Ideal for big celebrations and parties. Would highly recommend and would stay again! "

"I cannot recommend this beautiful cottage enough. It was practically perfect in every way. Maggie is fabulous and her homemade Victoria sponge is to die for. You will not want to leave this chocolate box of a cottage no matter how long you stay. Best rental I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, the fridge is expansive, and there's plenty of storage for food and other necessities. "We were a group of 7 ranging from 24-86 & a dog - the cottage was an absolute home from home. Downstairs bathroom & bedroom meant my mum with mobility issues was comfortable. The tiled floors downstairs mean no worries about dirty feet and paws. The house is comfortable & homely, you don't feel like you are treading on eggshells as everything is well used (in a good way) so you're not scared about touching anything! It feels warm &relaxing. 5 mins drive to Bidford with takeaways and Co-op....

Parking at nearly carpark satisfactory although a shame that you can't park outside property. Only omission re information was there was no apparent info or recycling facilities. "Property is a cosy, classic cottage set back in a quiet location. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy morning coffee/evening drinks. Skipper the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit, wine and bread. The cottage was spotless: comfy beds and furnishings. We will definately be visiting again, thank you from Debi, Mike, Alexander and Becky. 😘"

"A nice relaxing weekend stay. It was a bit dissapointing that the spa was too busy we couldn’t get any treatments, and there were not enough beds around the pool, people would leave for hours at a time with their belongings on them this could be monitored. The pool side area could definitly do with an uplift. The overall vibe was relaxed though and the hotel staff were lovely. The food was a really good standard although the menu was limited. A good stay for the price we paid! "

"Tudo correu muito bem no Lygon Arms, exceto pela promessa de Wi-Fi no quarto, que simplesmente não funcionou durante todo o fim de semana. Logo quando era Dia das Mães no Brasil e falar com os filhos era muito importante para a gente. Shame on them!"

Good hotel

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."
