Awesome property and hosts
Very clean property with lake amenities. We were in the area for work and unable to enjoy the lake due to the cold weather, but the house was perfect for our needs and the hosts even surprised us with a home cooked meal on the coldest day. The most well-stocked kitchen we have ever encountered.

Paradise on The Lake
My Husband and I spent a delightful week at this property on Lake Sinclair. Our reaction to walking into the home was WOW, the view of this beautiful lake was amazing. The entire living room wall was glass doors looking onto a screen porch, deck beyond and then the lake. The 3 bedroom home is spacious and well decorated with the amenities of home. The icing on the cake was the lovely hosts, Bill and Patty. They welcomed us with homemade brownies, wine and fresh flowers. We had privacy but felt like we made new friends. We hope to return here someday!

Quiet and relaxing

Best vacation rental I've ever had
This was absolutely if not the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Normally I have to load up the car with all the anticipated items a rental won't have but this house was more than fully stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the linens. Having our wonderful hosts, Patti and Bill next door meant any issues we had were immediately handled. An example was that the ac wasn't cooling properly so I sent Patti a text to let her know. Despite it being a Saturday, a technician was at the site within 30 minutes and the house was nice and cool again. We took advantage of the kyaks on the property and the fire pit just at the edge of the lake and our pup Maggie loved having a fenced -in yard to roam freely. We will most certainly rent again from Bill and Patty who, for the record should write a book on how to be the perfect hosts for VRBO!

Beautiful Lake Views
We stayed for a week and loved this property. The house is so comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. What really is special are the lake views from almost every part of the house! Also was great to be able to bring our dog. The host are so responsive and have lively welcome amenitiyupin arrival.

Felt like home
The owners thought of everything...from fresh flowers, wine and delicious white brownies on arrival to a life jacket for your pet. Although we weren't there long we were in awe of the stocked pantry...spices, and all the little things one needs to cook and hates to buy to use once or twice were there. The owners are there to greet you but do not intrude on your stay. You too will love your stay and this home away from home.

Wonderful house on Lake Sinclair
The pictures are very accurate. The house looks as good, if not better than the pictures. A few pieces of furniture have changed, but nothing major. House is very well laid out and beautiful inside and out. Great view of the water from inside the house with the huge wall of glass in the family room. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We met the owners who live next door. They are very nice and have (3) friendly dogs.

Lake House
This is a convenient, clean, well maintained and beautiful home. Nice dock with seating area makes fishing more easy and fun. We brought our family including our five week old granddaughter and it was perfect.

Very nice house, location, and hospitality.
We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about the house and lake. Very easy access to the property and peaceful area with some occasional dogs barking in the neighborhood. The lake is beautiful here and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that was provided. The small touches by the owners were nice with baked treats and a bottle of wine. The house was very well decorated and maintained and very clean. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it!

Perfect Parent Weekend
We stayed this weekend with our fur babies so we could visit with our college babies at GCSU. The location was perfect! Our daughters stayed with us at night and we enjoyed activities in Milledgeville during the day. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing. One less thing for parents to worry about when you want to visit with your family. The owners are extremely nice and willing to help with anything. The views are beautiful and we’ll be back the next time we’re visiting with our daughters.

Heaven is a little closer at a house on the lake
Everything about this Lake Sinclair property was perfect. Booking was easy and adding an extra day a few weeks before our stay was also an easy process. The house was clean, very well equipped with every detail addressed. There was nothing we needed or desired that was not readily accessible. Although it is a pet friendly property, there was absolutely no pet odor. It felt very fresh without any “cover up” fragrances. The welcome goodies thrilled the children and adults alike. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Awesome stay!!!
This place is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly want or need for an awesome stay at the lake. The place is beautiful with plenty of space for myself, my husband, our two kids, two of their friends, and our two fur babies. It was exactly what was needed for some rest and relaxation.

Lake Life is the best life
The house is perfect. Lots of room and comfortable furniture. And the lake views are stellar! The deck, the screened in porch, the grill, and the dock, exceeded our expectations. We are definitely planning to return.

Summer get away
We had a great time. The house is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the boat dock fishing and sitting on the back porch under the ceiling fans. The house had everything you could need for cooking in the kitchen. We even rented a boat and parked it at the dock for two days. We would love to return during the fall to experience the season change.

Perfect couple getaway
This is a wonderful lake cottage if you’re looking for something special. There is a lakeside fire pit and kayaks provided. We also rented a jet ski from H20 Watersport and kept it right at the dock. It’s a great way to see the lake. Thanks to the owners for treating us like their personal guests. Classy.

christmas at the lake
stunning view of lake, only a few steps to boat house. used firepit next to lake. House with pretty wood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen. back porch large. Hosts next door. Had wine and brownies ready for our visit, nice personal touch. Greating committee of host’s shelties are cute. Our pup is not as social so would take her in the back. would return when warmer.

This home is decorated beautifully and beyond clean! The view is stunning! It had everything we needed to cook meals. The owners were super kind in making sure we had everything we needed. They even baked amazing brownies and had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Feels like home
We have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past, good or not so good. None of those was comparable to this one, as Patty and Bill just made it feel like home. From the beautiful decoration, to the well stocked kitchen, I always felt that I accidentally stepped into a friend's home instead of a vacation rental place. Bill and Patty were very thoughtful and responsive, and checked on us a few times to make sure we got what we need. But honestly, it was not very likely that we would need anything, since they already stocked everything we could think of. We will certainly go back.
