"Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!"

The pool is lovely and refreshing and clean, and the rental is very clean and modern and cozy. The property (yard/porch/etc) is so pleasant and pretty with flowers and lovely landscaping. Close to beaches, restaurants,shops, etc.And Monty, their cute doggie, is just adorable and so sweet! "

"We loved the cottage and improvements. Gardens are beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck. Even kayaked alittle! Hope to go back next year."

"Girls long weekend - this place was perfect for us. Typical older Cape cottage walking distance to the bay. Big table inside and another big table outside on the shady deck. Easily sat the 7 of us for meals and games. Roomy bedrooms, good beds (although best to bring your own pillow). Nothing fancy, but we found the place comfortable and serviceable. Good internet (no TV but we'd never use it anyway). Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the Landing. Centrally located for beaching and...

"We hosted a writing retreat for 10 writers and did a lot of writing, cooking, and discussion. The property was excellent for all of that. When we needed a hand once or twice, the managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’d return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy Woodland Cottage! It was the perfect size for our family of 3, and the AC unit did a great job keeping the living room and kitchen area cool during a particularly hot stretch. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit firm for our taste, but that was a small detail in an otherwise lovely stay. My husband said it reminded him of the cottage he used to stay at as a kid on the Cape, so it definitely had a charming, nostalgic feel!"

"It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. "

"This was a perfect spot for us and our extended family - we all had our own cottage on the property and the short walk to the beach was so convenient. The cottages are all well kept with everything you'd need - each one also has a grill and a small deck. Plenty of space in the yard for kids to play and for everyone to gather. Overall, we couldn't have been happier and we would definitely book our vacation here again!"
