Our 2,000 square-foot home home is located in a quiet gated-community on a spacious corner lot. The community center is equipped with an outdoor pool, children's playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts and soccer and baseball fields.

Back home you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full set of cookware, knife set, electric stove/oven and an abundant amount of countertop space to prepare an amazing home cooked meal. There is a coffee maker with coffee grounds and sugar, toaster, blender and water kettle.

The kitchen opens up to the living room with a 65 inch TV, a roomy couch and a cozy window nook.

All 4 of our bedrooms have been furnished with comfort and practicality in mind. On the upper floor we have, a master bedroom with a king size bed and access to a en-suite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi and a double bathroom sink. Across the hall there are two more bedrooms with high ceilings. In one, you'll find a queen bed and a private work space. In the other is twin and full size bunk beds. Downstairs, you'll find the last bedroom with another bunk bed.

Our home features super high-speed Wi-Fi and classic board games like Monopoly, chess, Jenga and more. We highly recommend our luxury 7-person hot tub with powerful jets guaranteed to massage away your stress body-wide. The entire home is centrally cooled and heated.

We provide clean linens and towels, hairdryer along with essential toiletries for your stay.

Our massive driveway can easily fit up to 6 cars.

This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway for family and friend gatherings and get-togethers. It is NOT and appropriate place for parties, etc.

Our home is in a gated community that requires all guests to be registered, and is not to be used for parties or events. We require a signed rental agreement no less than 5 days before check-in. There are no exceptions to this rule, as it is imposed by the community association. The community does not allow fireworks.

Trash gets picked up every Monday early morning, please be mindful if you're staying through or checking out on Sunday, we kindly ask that you take the provided bins out by the driveway and if you're checking out on Monday, please bring them back to their spot.

Inventory is taken after each stay, if there are any items missing or damaged such as furniture, games, devices etc, you will be held accountable.

We kindly ask all of our guests to leave the shoes by the door while staying with us.
