"The apartment was incredible, so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Just a 2 minute walk to the grocery store. Lots of restaurants to choose from just a short distance away. It was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again."

"Gorgeous stay for a great price! Right across the way from the business college, great parking directly behind the building, and such a safe area! Very close by there is a sports bar that had great food and good vibes. The host was very accommodating! I Would definitely stay here again and I recommend that others should too. :) "

"For me, this property more than met my needs. I’m a doctoral student at Case Western Reserve. The property is close to campus. It is clean. There are eateries in walking distance. I was able to eat, study and sleep and relax on the class after a day of class. Just for awareness - this property is basic with no extra frills. Such as a hair dryer like one reviewer mentioned. Very little cookware, etc So just don’t expect the Waldorf. But for the price it’s perfect for my needs. "

"I arrived at night and had a bit of trouble finding it (my fault) but the owner responded promptly and kindly to my questions. The apartment requires going up two flights of stairs. Once inside it was well appointed, very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked well. The bed was new and pillows very comfortable. Location is across the street from Case Western University fraternity. Campus, Severance Hall, Art museum etc are a short walk away. VEO bikes are also all over the place if you...

"Great little place that is convenient as my wife was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and allowed me to stay close to the area and way less expensive then the hotels by the Clinic. All the ammenities you need without haviving togo our to erat, and also grocery stores close by. The host was very quick to respond to my questions 5 star!"

"Communication with management was good, property as described, security getting into the building was good. Only issue would be it could be cleaned better. The walls in the kitchen and bathroom has splatter and residue on them, and the utility closet had large amount of dust and debris. Otherwise the rest was clean and comfortable and served our group well for our downtown Cleveland visit. "

"These place is great and clean! We could not find the code to enter the building but the owner responded within an hour! It turns out this is listed under parking instructions in case anyone is looking. The plastic mattress cover is very noisy and might bother some butbut not too bad. This is a prime location, especially going to a Browns game and parking was easy ne t door!"

"Was really lucky to find rhis place would typically stay in hotel but things have gotten out of hand price wise downtown. The location is as advertised. Convienent location just up from center of town but still within walking distance to everything."

"Excellent property! Apartment was roomy with a game room, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room. Property has Olympic size pool, rooftop deck, gym, and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again when I return to Cleveland. "

"Great location and stunning views of Lake Erie and the stadium! The rooftop patio was an awesome space for hanging out. All amenities were accurately described plus more! We plan on definitely planning another stay here! "

"Room is cozy and perfect for two people. The parking lot is great. Within a half hour of everything.. went to west side market, the Christmas story house, art museum and walked to little Italy for dinner. Kia was very thorough with her instructions and very prompt with her response "

"If the Keurig worked and the dishes in the dishwasher weren’t moldy, the place could have been perfect for us. Clean otherwise, but very scarcely furnished and the kitchen could be better equipped. if you just need a place to sleep and shower, it’s awesome! Fantastic location!"

Bom custo-benefício

"O hotel tem uma boa localização em downtown cleveland, oferece café da manhã e tem um bar. Porém, fiquei hospedada em um quarto de acessibilidade e o banheiro molhava inteiro quando tomava banho. Além disso, meu quarto era em frente a rua, onde tem uma igreja e o sino fica tocando o dia todo. Eu não tenho sono leve, então não foi um problema para mim, porém, é bom ressaltar, porque minha amiga, por exemplo, acabava acordando com o barulho. O hotel não tem estacionamento. Se você precisar estacionar, terá que parar nas redondezas da região ou terá que pagar USD 45/dia. A limpeza do quarto não ocorre todos os dias e sim 'um dia sim, outro não'. De toda forma, acho que foi um bom custo-benefício."
