"We had a great time at the cottage. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the s'mores by the fire. We brought along all we needed for Thanksgiving Dinner and the kitchen was so well equipped that we actually could have roasted our turkey there but we had that done at home. "This is a great property. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and fireplace. Very relaxing. We took a winter getaway and so were not able to use the patio, but it looked very inviting even with snow on it. The unit was well stocked with cooking items, the furniture was very comfortable. The location is a convenient distance from Mahone Bay and Chester; great for lunch, dinner or just coffee shop hopping. Will definitely try to get back. "

"I will say that the property setting was amazing, with picturesque views, especially with large windows, you could see the beauty of winter.The check in process was seamless and communication with host was amazing and timely. We were just a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not functional and there were no ping pong table available which were 2 things we were looking forward to. Other than that, we had an amazing time with the family."

"November 8th - November 13th There are not enough words to describe this property!! The amount of care that is put into everything is amazing. Beth has thought of EVERYTHING you could need...just when you think "Hmm, she probably doesn't have that..." just open a drawer, and there's a great chance you'll find it! The cottage was sparkling clean, the location/view was exactly as shown in the pics, it's phenomenal. We stayed there for 5 nights and I think we had the best sleep we've had in years!...

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. "
