"Stayed here 6 nights – it was perfect for visiting family/friends in the area. Also has bus at door to train stations, giving easy access to London. All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. "Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. They were great with communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. "

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. Our room was on the ground floor fairly close to the bar area and consequently was noisy until the early hours.
