"The property was great! Close to activities and easy to get around Louisville from the house. The amenities were great. The house was clean and well suited for families. We each had our own room. There was plenty of seating to have conversation and large dinners. Host left detailed instructions for check in and check out."

"Prior to check in, the host was very easy to get a hold of and they made the process very smooth for us. The property was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. The location was perfect for what we were there to do. We appreciate the hospitality! "

"My family and I were very satisfied with the property. The description was on point! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. We didn't do any cooking since we out all day every day. I appreciated the parking spot behind the home since we had a large pick-up truck. The only negative I would say is it is close to the expressway and could be loud at night. Overall, great stay and the owner responded quickly to answer any questions I had."

"This is a beautiful guest house in a very walkable, friendly Old Louisville neighborhood. Perfect for my three friends and me to hang out for a long weekend. The bathrooms in particular are beautiful—not always the case in rentals: And the host is very responsive. I very much recommend this sweet space."

"It was extremely hard getting in touch with someone from the platform provided, for we had some things of concern over the weekend. We tried texting over and over through the app, but apparently, it was not going through. Some of our concerns were, No hot water (warm only) no Iron, No washer as advertised, we had problems with the TV in the room without a door, parking pass did not work (I got a ticket for not moving vehicle in time) was not given instructions on where to take the trash so we...

"The house is a pleasure to stay at, modern interior amenities with plenty of provisions provided. The sauna and hot tub were perfect as well. However many of the exterior components are rapidly aging, we were only able to get one of the propane fires started, none of my bachelor party found the pool desirable, no basketballs were provided and all balls for bucketpong were popped and there is currently construction of an apartment right next to the house. "This was an amazing property, they had great attention to detail, lots of things to do, games, mini arcade, ping pong, fire pit ect. Also came stockes with some firewood, snacks water and coffee. Great place and a great stay! If I could give 6 stars I would. "

"The house was super adorable! Just like the pictures and provided plenty of room for me and my five friends. The house when we checked in was super clean and set up with all the essentials. The host was very efficient in answering questions or relaying information. Honestly the best VRBO I have stayed in!"

"Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused."

"Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria estornar um dos lançamentos permaneceu!!!! Dor de cabeça!!!!"
