"The cabin was unclean. Cobwebs everywhere dead flowers in a vase near the kitchen. All four corner of the shower had large cob webs in them. Dead bugs in the bathroom sink. AND THE SMELL!!! Mold or mildew or just plain gross! If the cabin had been sanitary all be it small it would have been an enjoyable stay. The host who lives 20 feet from the front door has "junk" piled up between the buildings. Surprised VRBO put their name to this cabin."

"We had a large group of women from church stay at the property last weekend. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property emmensely. However there were a few things to note- -The inside of the property was very clean, howevever the outside could use a good cleaning. -The river was beautiful but VERY shallow (less than 1ft in places) and we were not able to kayak as planned. "Everything is good except for the VRBO app. At check in I could not access the messages which contain check in information. No messages were shown and I had to keep refreshing for a while for them to show up. "

"Cabin is immaculate, very well appointed, decor is just lovely....no deer heads on these walls! Comfortable beds, plenty of soft towels and extra pillows/blankets. Nice firepit right beside the river, saw the northern lights our first night! Larry is an excellent host! Stopped in to introduce himself and give a quick walk through of the cabin.
