The Catskill Mountains are renowned for their extensive network of hiking trails, and our location is no exception. Nearby, the Devil's Path is one of the region's most challenging and rewarding hikes, offering breathtaking views from summits like Plateau Mountain and Sugarloaf Mountain.
The area around East Jewett is dotted with picturesque waterfalls. Just a short drive away is Kaaterskill Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in New York State.
In the winter, East Jewett transforms into a winter wonderland. The nearby Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain ski resorts are popular destinations for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Both resorts offer a variety of trails for all skill levels, as well as snow tubing, snowshoeing, and other winter activities.
The condo is located within Catskill Park, a 700,000-acre wilderness preserve home to diverse wildlife and endless recreational opportunities. The park is a perfect place to immerse yourself in nature.

Getting around
We recommend arriving by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Catskills Mountains area. As you already know, there's plenty of parking at the property.
All adult guests must be added to the reservation. Upon booking you will be required to email me full names, email addresses, and phone numbers for all adult guests.
You must agree to a rental agreement prior to confirming the reservation, which I will send via messaging and follow up with a PDF by email.
I have a security camera in the living room on the fireplace mantel. It faces the kitchen and front door. You may twist the privacy cover over the lens to turn it off (details in welcome document). There is also a Ring doorbell camera that faces outside to assist with check-ins.
