A longtime haven for artists, Springs offers a quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle of East Hampton. Explore bayside parks and beautiful beaches while soaking in the hamlet's rich local flavor and history. As an added perk, the home is just over a mile away from the former home studio (now museum) of artists Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner.

The cottage is rich with quaint character and cozy appeal. The bright and sunny interior features an open-concept layout and exposed beam ceilings, with features including a full kitchen, a dining nook, and a comfortable living area. The front patio offers picturesque views overlooking the landscaped yard while the private back deck comes furnished for outdoor living and dining. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after trips to the beach. Smart TVs are provided in the living room and both bedrooms for convenient home entertainment. Free WiFi is also equipped throughout the cottage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
