"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"The room was hot, the bed was terrible, the TV was smaller than a laltop screen, the pillow was horrible and the mattress was the worst I ever slept in.... "The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all. "

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either. "

"We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway.
