"House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area."

"Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets for the chilly nights. It was nicely located to accommodate our beach hopping and to explore the many quaint towns and villages on the Cape. One drawback was the TV was a bit frustrating to use."

"Great place to stay, highly recommend to anyone, only 1.5 hours to Boston and only a few minutes to the ferries to M.V and Nantucket. quiet & safe place. Laundry is only $2 a pop. Bed was very comfortable couch was a bonus, having a kitchen was handy. Shops and good coffee close by."

"This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend! "

"The house was very nice and the perfect layout for our gang. The check out pricess briught some grumbles from some family membersas well as the 10 AM check out. I explained its a lot of house to clean before a new group at 4PM. A relative that lives on the Cape said the other side of Sea Street is a bit shady, which is why I gave the 4 star for location. "
