They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for."

"This spot was 5 min from where I needed to be. Hotel was even nicer in person. I stopped in for a burger after a long drive and wow did it ever hit the spot! Great service too! I was especially impressed when they asked how I wanted my burger done. When a burger can be done rare, you know the quality of the meat is good! Rooms were clean & comfy. I noticed the patio door unlocked and mentioned it to the front staff -- they made note and said they would ensure the housekeeping staff did not let...
