"This is very cute and has some nice amenities. Nice tall bathroom sinks and toilets (I'm 5/8"). Bottled water in the fridge, coffee pods, and countertop ice-maker. Feux fireplace is a nice touch. TVs in every bedroom. Fully fenced yard for my 2 dogs (close the gate at the driveway and open the backyard gate to have full yard for them to play) Overall I had a comfortable one-night stay. Though a little concerned with the apartment complex across the street, there are plenty of security measures...

"The stay was great, the location is minutes away from Beale St., Sun Studios, the Zoo! I would have given a higher rating but there was a multitude of little things that could have been better. Firstly, there is no T.V. in the living room, which sucked for our teens. T.V. remotes were mixed up or missing. The mailbox slot was missing some screws, so there is a hole for bugs.The backyard is overgrown. The firepit didn't work. The water temp could not be adjusted in two of the showers. Just a lot...

"The house was clean, beds are comfy, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was fine for Memphis, we felt safe at the house. We liked the loft as we used a mattress, & there was plenty of room for 2 air mattresses for older kids or adults needing their own. The couch/futon upstairs is small, so I would suggest an air mattress. The drive to Bass Pro was less than 5 minutes and same distance to the best BBQ, Rendezvous."

"My husband and I were passing through on the way to take my daughter to University of Kentucky. We needed somewhere to stop with a garage so we didn’t have to unload everything. This house was perfect! Beautiful neighborhood, lovely location and very nice hostess. She was always quick to respond to any questions. "
