"This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. "

"We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again. "

"Very accommodating for our large group. The bed downstairs in the casita was so bad we purchased a topper for it. No spatulas for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of good size and worked well for our group."
