Very nicely appointed, it meets all your needs and when the thermostat acted up the property manager was quick to respond and provide space heaters until hvac could come the next morning. We highly recommend and will stay here again. "

"This is a charming log cabin in an historic log cabin development minutes from town, grocery shopping and within walking distance to a lovely park (Barrett). The "great room" has a wonderful fireplace, high ceilings, and comfortable couches and chairs. The large deck facing the water is beautiful, offering a spectacular view of Lewes Cove in Linekin Bay. "This was the first trip to Maine for most of this group, and it’s safe to say we’re all in love. Being on the water was wonderful, and we enjoyed the amazing views as well as the hikes and adventures on the rocks during low tide. The pictures of the house don’t do the woodwork justice, and the grill made mealtimes easy. My only flag - the upstairs bathroom only had a tub and no shower, and with a number of girls in the group with long hair, it required some scheduling of shower time. We...

"Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. "They thought of everything, including binoculars. We watched seabirds and lobstermen working and didn't leave the house until late in the day for the Botanical Gardens. They only communicate through Vacasa,email, and text. Good communication, though. Final payment is through Vacasa. "
