"The place was perfect for a Bills Game overnight! My only recommendation is to take it easy on the air freshener or frebeeze that is used. It didn't bother us but anyone with any sort of sensitivity to that stuff would not have been comfortable in the house. Just a suggestion. The place was clean, roomy and comfortable! "

"My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. The home is very spacious and decorated so sweetly Victorian-style. We had everything we needed there for an enjoyable stay and it made our weekend that much better. We loved it. Thank you Joanne!"

"We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this "

"I can't say enough nice things about the apartment! Super clean, so many nice touches (an espresso machine and a Keurig, an AWESOME bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, full length mirror in the bedroom, TV on a swivel mount, little bathroom conveniences in case you forgot something!). "We loved the house. The location is great. The bathroom could use some towel hooks. We thought it would have been really cool if basement had ping pong, fuzz ball, air hockey. Not a big deal just a suggestion would still highly recommend to anyone it was great."

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. "

"Front desk people seemed bored at check in. Not rude, but also not welcoming or enthusiastic. I ran the shower for 5-10 minutes and the water temperature never really got hot enough. Barely warm. This is one of two hotels in EA, and what you pay for one night shows that they know it. Too expensive. "

"This is a really cool. Some very nice amenities and great location. However, this is not a 5 star, brand new hotel. The price was affordable and right on base for what we got. It has a lot of cool old school like an indoor pool surrounded by plants and a great bar. That being said, there are lots of places it needs renovations. Nothing gross or broken but it could use some love. Our first floor room did have 2 steps between the beds and the bathroom. "
