"Warning, there are NO rooms with balconies at this hotel, in spite of what Expedia says. We booked a room with a balcony, and when we arrived there was none. When I complained to the front desk, the attendant said “Let me guess you booked through Expedia. For some reason they have that you can request a balcony but we literally have no rooms with balconies in this hotel.” We were disappointed, but the hotel was nice otherwise. "

"For the price, you can’t beat it. It was super clean and updated. The staff was incredibly accommodating. I had bad weather and incurred some issues. They were so kind and understanding and helpful. "I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. "Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

"The toilet was odd. I kept having to adjust the lever for it to flush. Lights next to bed do not work. No microwave in the room was inconvenient. Marriott usually leaves a plastic bag for wet clothes- not this time. Staff was wonderful and food was amazing. Beds so comfy! I’m still bummed I have to pay for parking but this hotel truly is beautiful and the gym is perfect! Please do add a hot tub!"
