"Loved our river view room. The balcony was huge and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet, just don’t forget the bug spray I got eaten up! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had breakfast there and the food was great and the waitress made our stay!! We were trying to figure out where we wanted to adventure to that day, never been to that area, and she gave us directions of hotsprings to enjoy in the area and the best spots to see. Looking forward to our next stay! "
"The check in was quick at the front desk. Professional and informative on the areas at our disposal. We were so pleased how clean and the layout of our room was. The bed was very comfortable. At checkout we were informed how easy it was to become a member and signed up. The rewards are plentiful and will be back because of the staff and how we were treated. 100% satisfied. "The pros: It's a clean & quiet property with suites big enough to fit our party of 6.
The cons: We were excited to use the pool however the pool does not seem to be heated, as it was freezing. The pool deck is also in need of repair because lots of the pebbles are loose & chipping off."
"Friendly staff. Professional check in with warm chocolate chip cookies. Comfortable large clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Love the displayed artwork throughout hotel, outdoor pool and Sandbar al fresco dining with live music. On the river walk path to stroll, bike and people watch. Dog friendly and we loved seeing all the traveling pups. Our go to for visits to our Boise State daughter."
"I was only there overnight, but it was pleasent and quiet. They do howver need handicapped accessible doors. It was very hard to get my luggage and stuff in. "
"Staff was friendly, room was clean. Property is a little older but has all of the necessities. For being near the freeway and airport, it was very quiet. It even had a pool that Expedia didn’t have on the description. Breakfast was completely carbs, not one protein option except milk for cereal, so that could’ve been a little better but, we didn’t go hungry."
