"The key to the Villa was not under the mat as advised in email and someone else was staying in that Villa anyway. Walked down to the cellar door to get a number for the Contact person as we did not receive a SMS. We were advised to choose another villa to stay in. This took about an hour of our time after arriving from a long day travelling. Needed to empty the dishwasher on arrival. Beautiful setting with wonderful views. Spacious & comfortable. We would stay again."

"Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming.
