"Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

"We stayed 2 nights at this home to attend a local event. My husband and I stayed with an additional adult couple. The home was clean and conveniently located to shopping, restaurant, and gas station options. We really appreciated the thoughtful “extra” amenities that the hosts provided. "We had 11 people from ages 44-3 stay here for 3 days. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lovely house that was well supplied with all we needed. We made all our meals at the house and found the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had plenty of clean towels. "

"My husband, myself, my sister and our children ages 6-17 stayed here for a relaxing family weekend. This is actually my secone stay here this year! The location is perfect! Close to amenities but far enough away to get a full camping/outdoors secluded experience! We love to sit by the fire, watch the birds, fish at Finleys landing and walk the beach. The cabin is cozy and rustic and thoroughly stocked with firewood and cooking supplies! Perfect stay for families! "

"The apartment was great for a weekend away in Dubuque. The location in the Mill Work District was perfect with different restaurants and bars within walking distance. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the apartment was very clean and stocked with all of the amenities and supplies you need. The reserved parking spot right behind the building was very convenient as well. Overall it was a great stay!"

"I stayed here on a business trip to one of the Dubuque universities. It was in a perfect location - close to the universities in a nice nearby neighborhood. The updated brick ranch home was very tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything I needed - well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, very comfortable bed and furniture. Extra touches like nightlights, an electric fireplace, cozy sheets and bedding made it a perfect place to stay. It was very clean and everything was in great working...

It’s an older hotel but it was clean, had hot water, cold air, working furnace, working television, easy parking, comfortable bed, easy chair, a good price and it was all I needed.
