"The place was easy to find and was clean and pleasant to stay. The only down side was the terrible WiFi speeds as was only 3mps which meant we couldn't even stream a TV pgm on the TV."

Milk in fridge. 8 minutes drive to Beamish museum. 4 minutes drive to a really good play park and splash area, by the river. Comfy beds and bedding. The accommodation was really clean.
