"We had an 8 party girls weekend and I must say this place was spectacular! Plenty of places to sleep, enough bathrooms to go around, kitchen and dining area were a hit for our large group. The view overlooking the river; speechless. Of course the hot tub was a huge hit. We are all very pleased with the property and the communication with the owners was beyond exceptional! Will definitely keep this place favorited in my listings! "

"It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation. "

"We love our whole experience. Home was very clean, check in was a breeze, and so much to do. The host was easy to communicate with. They had the most wonderful and thoughtful welcome basket. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back in the future."

"Had a wonderful weekend away at this well-kept, lovely little apartment in Wabasha. My wife commented that the bed was one of the comfiest bed she's slept on in her travels. Overall, we enjoyed our time, and we even got to meet the neighbor cat who helped himself to our room on our arrival! (He was fine with being carried out.) We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future."

"This property truly had it all, we needed a location close to UW Eau Claire campus. A property that held many people, and one that gave options for kids to be entertained. All boxes were checked and many more!!! Beds and floor space more than covered our group We originally needed space for 14, ended up at 17. "Amazing house, very comfortable and great decor. Loved it, but two things opportunities for improvement: 1) No smart tv in house. Smart tv’s are so cheap, you could get one small one for $100 and guests could then have Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. otherwise you are stuck with just local digital channels. A Small improvement for such a big customer satifier. "

"Uniquely different property. Appears to be a Nice set up for hunters/fishermen. A little deceiving listing as it is not on the water. You can see the River and a short walk across the road to the dock but not on the River. It is in a residential area. "

"Check in and check out was very easy and well explained. Rooms were clean and organized. We used a lot of the amenities. Hot tub, record player, outdoor fire pit. This place was amazing and just what we had hoped for. Paul was there if and when we needed him. Was an our best VRBO site we have stayed at. "
