"Wonderful cottage that is incredibly private (even though it’s below the home). Well stocked kitchen with good knives and appliances (something people tend to skimp on). We had a wonderful time here and look forward to coming back with our lil’ dog. Host was friendly and communicative- and we had our IRL neighbors in the other unit so it was awesome for shared dinners, drinks on the patio (coffee and wine), and game night. "Such a cute place! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. Plenty of space for the 2 of us plus a great little fenced in garden for our small pup. Decor is boho chic, nice quality and new. We appreciated the attention to detail -- everything was labeled so nicely. Super comfy bedroom. Just a short walk to Bee Kind Bakery (yum), the river, train, and new yoga studio. Would definitely stay here again if passing through."

"We LOVED this property, the ranch house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Our host Bill was great, he had great suggestions for activities and sight seeing. We enjoyed watching the 2 horses and the cattle meandering in the meadows just outside the ranch house. My wife and I with our 2 beagles spent 5 great days here, much of our time was spent on the ranch hiking and exploring the meadows, creeks, ponds and forests FANTASTIC VIEWS in every direction. "Nice roomy cabin with lots of open space. There were five of us staying at this time and everyone loved the experience. The beds were very comfortable and the large property was very nice just to walk around and enjoy. we were here with our cars for a car show, and the only negative thing was that the driveway was gravel and dirt and made for a lot of extra cleaning prior to our show events."

Kitchen was well-equipped, game room, outdoor toys, zipline over the pond, enormous grassy field, and an outstanding view of Mt Shasta. Easy check in, and minimal check-out requirements. Our only negative is that we didn't book for more days!"
