"We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. "

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"
