"The property was perfect for what we needed, it was me, my husband and my mother, along with our two dogs. They loved the yard and we loved the hot tub! The house was also set far enough off the road to be very quiet and safe, and the driveway that went to the other house down the road was rarely used. The location was also perfectly sent in the heart of wine country and Lake Seneca. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"We had an AMAZING time at the Brookside for a girls’ weekend! We had 6 women in the house and had more than enough space! As a matter of fact, we all discussed coming back WITH the kids (aged 9-18)!! They would have had a blast! Between the hot tub, the fire pit, kayaks, paddle boat, pool table, we always had something to look forward to do! The property is very easily found by following the GPS. The driveway is STEEP. Like STEEP STEEP. Definitely have at bare minimum an AWD vehicle with decent...

"This is a cozy cabin in a great location. The shore is a bit of a walk downhill, and has a very small beach area. However, the lake is clean, quiet, and very accessible. You need to bring drinking water, as the water comes from the lake and is not recommended for drinking. We brought our dog, and I was surprised to find dog bowls and a bed available for her. "

"This property was just as advertised with lovely views of Keuka Lake. My family loved playing in the lake, fishing off the dock and touring the lake with the kayak. We really enjoyed our trip to the Finger Lakes, and the house is in the perfect location, easy to get to Watkins Glen State Park."
