"This property was nicely decorated and supplied with everything you need. Washer and dryer in the basement was a bonus. It was conveniently located for all of our activities. They were very responsive when you needed something. This was my favorite property of the 6 we have stayed in on this trip."

"Good sized bedrooms w/ good mattresses, 5 minute walk to ferry; row of restaurants 3 blocks away but kitchen trash can was full, floors were dirty. No curtain on best room facing main street, bathroom smells,closets and shelves are mostly full, kitchen has no stove or hot plate."

"This cabin is definitely so cozy and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, view, and quiet neighbors! Like stated, the stairs could be a problem for some, but was fine for our family. The backyard was a wonderful retreat every afternoon. The one thing we missed was the dock (there was not one) and the pedal boat. Both are pictured in the listing, but not available, unfortunately."

"We are a family of 5 and we found this place a bit small. It is also located on a main busy street. Great if you plan on just sleeping there. No dishtowels left for us, two rolls of TP for a 5 days stay (more provide d on request) and not enough garbage bags We've been staying at this type of place (4 total) and some hosts just know how to provide the items to make your stay easier. "This is an imaginatively restored church with all kinds of artistic detail throughout. It is also very comfortable inside with a nice space outside for relaxing if the weather is good. It also has one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen in a vacation rental. Engaging owners as well. All in all, a very worthy place to stay."

"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "

"The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property."

"Cute 2 bedroom with modern feel. Compact. Walking to all local grocery stores and amenities. Suburb outside Halifax. Easy parking. Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. "

"This was an ideal place for us to stay - short trip to visit family in the area. We like the convenience of a kutchen to make tea, coffee and quick snacks. "You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!"
