Our mountain home is easy to get to and located in Clear Creek County between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. We are 20 minutes from Loveland Ski Area, 30-40 minutes to Winter Park and Arapahoe Basin, and 40-50 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible in Idaho Springs and Georgetown.
The Space:
This 1800-square foot log home is a split-level with 2 floors and the backyard is fully fenced in with multiple decks and a bar area. There are 3 TVs in the house – the living room, master bedroom, all have DISH cable and the guest bedroom downstairs has a smart TV with Roku. Additionally, there is an outdoor TV with DISH in the bar area.
Top Floor (Main Living Area)
• Living room with 65” TV (cable television).
• State-of-the-art kitchen with breakfast bar and beverage cooler.
• Half bathroom off the kitchen.
• Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, and attached master bathroom.
• Back yard – deck is located off the kitchen through the French doors.
Bottom Floor
• Guest bedroom with queen bed.
• Full bathroom.
• Storage room where excess trash can be stored.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the house and exterior back yard. The downstairs office area, attached garage and separate 3-story garage located next to the property are NOT accessible. The concrete driveway leading up to the residence provides parking for 4 or more vehicles.
Additional Information
• There are 3 outdoor security cameras on the property – a camera for the front door, a camera for the detached garage, and a camera for the backyard patio.
• We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind inside the house.
• High speed Xfinity internet is available.
• There is a large propane grill located off the top deck and a bar/entertainment area on the bottom deck.
Expectations:
We ask all guests to clean up any food and/or trash when spending time in the outside back living area. We DO have bears in the summertime who will get into any trash left behind. All house trash needs to be left inside the downstairs utility room where there is a trash can. Please call or text us with any questions that you have or that may come up during your stay.
